This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") read with the Terms of Use available at our website https://fameclix.com/ ("Platform") applies to all services offered to persons using or visiting ("Users", "You" or "Your") the Platform.
2. Fameclix is owned and operated by BeeX Media Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at A-88, Sector-4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India – 201301. Unless otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, the terms "Fameclix", "we", "our" and "us" refer to BeeX Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Our" or "Us"). We believe it is important for You to understand what information We collect from You, how it is used and who will have access to that information.

By visiting or using Our Platform, You acknowledge that You accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and You hereby consent to Our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If You are not agreeable to this, please do not use this Platform or Services provided by Us.

9. We only collect data strictly necessary (i) for delivery of Services, (ii) for performance of a contract, (iii) with User's consent, or (iv) for compliance with a legal obligation.
10. By using the Platform You will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at Our sole discretion at any time.
Information Collected
1. In the course of providing Services, We may collect the following:
  1. Personal Identifiable Information such as name, phone number, profile picture, username, password, e-mail address when You register.
  2. Information provided on Your social media accounts linked with Your Platform account, including username, publicly available posts, comments, and other public data.
  3. With Your permission, certain device and location information when You access the Platform, including IP address, device type and geographic location.
  4. Cookie data if You permit cookies on Your browser.
  5. Communications between You and the Company.
2. Information collected may constitute 'Sensitive Personal Data or Information' under the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011, including:
  1. Passwords;
  2. Financial information (bank accounts, credit/debit card details);
  3. Physical, physiological and mental health condition;
  4. Sexual orientation;
  5. Medical records and history;
  6. Biometric information;
  7. Information received under lawful contract.
3. Company will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without Your consent.
4. To provide Services, We may require:

  5. Financial data (account details, payment instrument details) necessary to process transactions — We do not store card numbers, CVV, expiry date or 3D secure passwords.

6. Payment data is handled via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We receive only the transaction ID, time, name, and details needed to identify and verify payments.
7. The Platform may transmit User Data to Amazon Web Services for secure storage. Personal Information is immediately deleted once a User deletes their account, except as required by applicable law.
8. Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Use of information provided to those websites is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
9. Prior to any direct marketing communication, We will first obtain User's consent. Users may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails, modifying account settings, or contacting us at info@fameclix.com.
10. Users have the right to access, rectify and object to data concerning them. Users can access and change their profile through the account page or by contacting Us.
11. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, prevent illegal activities, or protect the physical safety of persons — such disclosure shall be for lawful purposes only.
12. We take Your right to privacy seriously and will only disclose Your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Use of Personal Information
1. We may collect, store and process Your personal data for the following reasons:
  1. To provide customised Platform content and improve Services;
  2. To maintain registered accounts and provide updates;
  3. For internal record keeping and aggregate statistics;
  4. With Your agreement, for marketing communications from Us or Our business partners;

Usage of Cookies
1. A cookie is a small text file stored by the website on a user's computer when the website is opened. Google (YouTube API Services)
1. We use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to allow users to connect their Google accounts (primarily YouTube) to Fameclix. By doing so, users agree to be bound by Google's Privacy Policy.
2. Google User Data Collected and Used: When you connect your Google account, we may access via Google OAuth and YouTube Data API:
  - Your Google account email address
  - Your YouTube channel ID, name, and profile picture
  - Your YouTube channel statistics (subscribers, video count, view count)
  - YouTube channel analytics and public video metadata
  This data is used to link and verify your YouTube presence within Fameclix, display channel insights to brands, and enable campaign reporting and analytics.
3. Data Retention and Deletion: Google user data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes mentioned. We do not share this data with unauthorised third parties. All stored Google user data is encrypted during transit and at rest.
  
  To request deletion, email info@fameclix.com with your account details or contact support at +91 82359 32170. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and delete within 30 days (unless retention is required by law).
Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger & Threads)
1. We use Meta's Platform APIs — including the Instagram Graph API, Facebook Pages API, Messenger Platform API, and oEmbed API. All Users agree to be bound by Meta's Privacy Policy.
2. Use Case 1: Facebook Pages API — Fameclix may collect and process Page name, ID, profile picture, category, page posts, follower comments, and page insights (reach, impressions, engagement, audience demographics). This is used solely to publish campaign content, enable comment moderation, and display page-level performance insights within Fameclix.
3. Use Case 2: Instagram Graph API — When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account we may access basic profile info (name, picture, username, follower count), post/story/reel metrics, audience demographics, content publishing permissions, comment management, and DM automation based on keywords You configure. No message content is viewed or stored beyond what is required to trigger DM replies.
4. Use Case 3: oEmbed API — Fameclix may embed publicly available Facebook, Instagram, and Threads content for campaign preview and reporting. No additional personal data is collected beyond what is publicly available.
5. Use Case 4: Messenger Platform API — We may process incoming messages, message metadata (sender IDs, timestamps), and automated replies on behalf of the Page owner. Messenger data is used strictly for customer engagement and not for advertising or profiling.
6. How We Process Your Meta Data:
  - All collected data is encrypted during transit and at rest.
  - Only authorised personnel have access for the purposes outlined above.
  - Data is never sold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
  - Meta Platform data is retained only as long as necessary; you may revoke access at any time.
7. Purpose of Data Processing: To enable campaign publishing and management, facilitate influencer–brand collaboration, provide analytics reports, support Messenger engagement, and ensure compliance with Meta's Platform Policies.
8. Requesting Data Deletion: Email info@fameclix.com with your account details or contact support at +91 82359 32170. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and delete within 30 days unless retention is legally required. You may also revoke Fameclix's access via Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites or through your Instagram account settings. See our full Data Deletion page.
Security
1. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect User Data and Personal Information, both during transmission and after We receive it. All information is securely stored on servers secured behind a firewall with password-protected access.
2. Although We make best efforts, no storage system is 100% secure. If We become aware of a disclosure not in accordance with this Privacy Policy, We will notify affected Users as soon as reasonably possible.
3. For security from Your part, You should:
  1. Always log out and close the browser after using a public computer;
  2. Keep Your account details and passwords private;
  3. Change Your password periodically;
  4. Avoid using the same password for multiple online accounts.
4. We do not sell Users' Personal Information to advertisers or third parties.
Changes to Privacy Policy
1. BeeX Media Pvt. Ltd. may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event of significant changes, We will display a notice on the Platform or send an email.
2. If You object to any changes and no longer wish to use the Services, You may contact our Grievance Officer at support@fameclix.com to deactivate Your account. Unless stated otherwise, the current Privacy Policy applies to all information We have about You and Your account.
3. If a User continues to use the Platform after a notice of changes is published, such User provides consent to the changed terms. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is a legally binding document between the User and Us.
