1. General
Fameclix is a B2B influencer marketing platform. Payments made on the platform are for campaign credits, subscription plans, and managed services. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
2. Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of an annual plan once the billing cycle has started.
- Downgrade requests are effective from the next billing cycle.
3. Campaign Credits / Wallet
- Campaign credits added to your Fameclix wallet are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed for an active campaign.
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided no campaign has been launched using those credits, subject to a processing fee of 5% or ₹500 (whichever is lower).
- Refund requests for unused credits must be submitted via email to support@fameclix.com.
4. Managed Campaign Services
- For fully managed campaign packages, a cancellation request made 48 hours before campaign kickoff will receive a full refund minus the platform fee (10%).
- Cancellation requests made after campaign kickoff are not eligible for refunds.
- If BeeX Media Pvt. Ltd. is unable to deliver the agreed campaign due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Payment gateway charges (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- To initiate a refund, email support@fameclix.com with your Order/Invoice ID and reason for refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform onboarding fees
- Creator analytics / report downloads
- Any credits already utilised in active or completed campaigns
- Custom integration or API access fees
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Chargebacks raised without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
BeeX Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
