Meta / Facebook App Compliance

Fameclix, operated by BeeX Media Pvt. Ltd., connects with Facebook and Instagram via Meta's official APIs to provide influencer analytics and campaign features. This page explains how you can request complete deletion of your data from our systems.

What data do we collect via Meta?

When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account to Fameclix, we may collect and store:

We do not store your Meta password, private messages, or payment details linked to your Meta accounts.

How to request data deletion

Disconnect your account

Log in to Fameclix, go to Settings → Connected Accounts, and click Disconnect Instagram / Facebook. This immediately revokes our access token.

Send a deletion request

Email privacy@fameclix.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • Your registered email address on Fameclix
  • Your Instagram / Facebook username
  • A short description of the data you want deleted

Receive confirmation

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once done.

Alternatively — via Facebook Settings

You can also revoke Fameclix's access directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find Fameclix and click Remove
  4. Confirm removal — this revokes all permissions

After revoking permissions via Facebook, please also email us at privacy@fameclix.com to delete stored historical data from our databases.

What happens after deletion?

We do not sell your data. All data collected via Meta APIs is used solely to power your Fameclix dashboard and is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
